It looks like Bruce Banner is going to war, after all.

That's because recently-surfaced photos suggest that Mark Ruffalo, who plays Bruce Banner/The Hulk for Marvel Studios, is on Captain America: Civil War's set. And what's more—we may know whose side Dr. Banner is on.

Ruffalo was was reportedly spotted partying with Civil War star Chris Evans (Captain America), Anthony Mackie (Falcon), and Daniel Brühl (Baron Zemo) in Germany, where the group is currently filming the Captain America Threequel.

"Since this week, US superstars Chris Evans (34), Mark Ruffalo (47) and Anthony Mackie (36) along with fellow actor star Daniel Brühl are shooting the third part of "Captain America" in Berlin," reported German newsgroup BILD.

If Banner were on Tony Stark's side, it's hard to imagine there would be much of a need for Ruffalo to film scenes with Captain America and The Falcon. While this is far from a confirmation that Bruce Banner—much less The Hulk—will star in Civil War, it does seem that Ruffalo will have some involvement in the upcoming Captain America film.

But what do you think, readers? Is this enough proof that Bruce Banner will appear in Captain America: Civil War? Let us know in the comments!

Captain America: Civil Wars opens on May 5, 2016.
