The CW has released a new "Alternate Reality Check" poster for The Flash.

It features the Scarlet Speedster (Grant Gustin) holding a bolt of lightning he apparently caught. This season Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears) taught Barry how to throw lightning, however, we've only seen the fearsome Earth-2 baddie, Zoom (voiced by Tony Todd), show off the ability to catch it. Based on this poster, it looks like Barry's going to be adding that very skill to his repertoire as well.
