Constantine Given A Series Order At NBC

has received a full series order from NBC, according to Variety. Constantine is a television series starring Matt Ryan as the DC Comics' roguish street mage, John Constantine. Daniel Cerone and Man of Steel and The Dark Knight writer David S. Goyer are executive producers on the series. The series also stars Harrold Perrineau Jr., Lucy Griffiths and Charles Halford. In Constantine, John Constantine is dragged into defending humanity from the supernatural forces of evil when malevolent spirits target the daughter of one of his past friends. Constantine is expected to begin airing on NBC this fall.
