Considering that it's become quite a popular release since it arrived earlier this month, we figured it was only a matter of time before the team at Smosh Games tackled Destiny 2 for its latest Honest Game Trailer. And, lo and behold, here it is.

In the trailer, the narrator gets right into it, explaining that this is the game that will tear you away from all the great games on the market – like a vampire.

"After an initial title that took years to figure out what it wanted to be, discover a sequel that really doesn't want to screw that up, as Destiny 2 dishes out the usual three character classes, and has you fighting all the same bad guys from the first game, in an experience that would definitely feel like an expansion pack, if they hadn't booted us back to level one at the start." And yes, we want an "I Murdered Onyx" t-shirt, too.

It then quickly breaks down the story of the game, and then tells you that you'll spend 2/3 of Destiny 2 "trying to get the gang back together." Oh and there's "no less than three separate wisecracking robot buddies." And the main baddie is totally "alien Bane." Not to mention that it's practically being called "the video game equivalent of eating a giant bag of Cheetos."

The narrator also makes notes of the improvements that Bungie made this time around, including grinding in your own way, as well as the pieces of content that you can chase after. Although part of the game "turns into Halo" at one point. And you have to, sigh, "talk to people."

Really, you have to watch the whole thing in order to appreciate it. It's kinda fair, while at the same time picking on some of the flaws that the game has. It may not sit well with everyone, but it's pretty funny as you make your way through it – unlike certain raids within the game. (Maybe you have a crew for that?)

Plus, the customization and microtransaction jokes. Yep.

Destiny 2 is available now for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and releases on October 24th for PC.

Oh, and bonus: "At least it's not a bored Peter Dinklage."
