New Star Wars Battlefront II Trailer Brings Familiar Faces And New Heroes Together At Last

Paris Games Week 2017 had some pretty amazing announcements in store for the Sony camp regarding PlayStation 4 titles and PlayStation VR. Among the new announcements and the fresh looks at what's already been announced, fans of the upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront II game got a closer look at the campaign, giving an up close and personal look at some returning favourite characters as well as the new heroes making their way into the narrative.

"Heroes are born on the battlefront, and in Star Wars Battlefront 2, you're able to experience it for yourself. Play as heroes from all three eras of Star Wars in massive battles across iconic locations, and take part in a thrilling single-player story as Iden Versio fights to avenge the Emperor."

After several beta testing periods, many fans were excited to see the depths that EA and DICE have taken with the second installment to the franchise's revival. After the first title was met with harsh criticisms regarding its lack of depth and no single-player option, EA took that to heart and provided an incredible tale with new heroes, as well as blending the three eras of Star Wars together into a seamless game experience.

Whether you are a fan of the newer trilogy with Rey at the center, or looking to see some of those familiar faces such as Boba Fett - there's something for everyone with the next phase in the Battlefront franchise.

Star Wars Battlefront II will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on November 17th of this year.
