Fantastic Four's Toby Kebbell In Negotiations To Join Kong: Skull Island

Toby Kebbell, who plays Doctor Doom in Fantastic Four, is in negotiations to join the cast of Kong: Skull Island, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Should Kebbell sign on for Legendary and Universal's King Kong prequel, he'll be acting alongside star and fellow portrayer of a major Marvel villain Tom Hiddleston. Skull Island's cast also includes Brie Larson, Corey Hawkins, Samuel L. Jackson, and John C. Reilly.

The film will be directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts.

Kong: Skull Island will tell the story of a group of explorers who set out to discover the secrets of the mysterious island that is home to Kong and other incredible creatures.

Principal photography on Kong: Skull Island is set to begin in late October. The film opens March 10, 2017.
