By now, just about everyone knows the story of how Joss Whedon threw together a Shakespeare adaptation with a handful of his friends at his home in the span of about two weeks after completing Marvel's The Avengers. Up until now, though, unless you happened to catch it at a film festival or other specialty screening, you were out of luck--but Much Ado About Nothing is going to be coming to theaters this summer, and Lionsgate have debuted the first official trailer for the project. The film stars Amy Acker, Clark Gregg, Nathan Fillion, Alexis Denisof, Fran Kranz and Reed Diamond and more in a contemporary interpretation of Shakespeare's play, setting the film in the modern day while retaining the original dialogue. Much Ado About Nothing will be in theaters June 7.
