Arrow Clip: The Man of Steel Dilemma

Fans upset that Man of Steel didn't worry as much as they'd have liked about the question of civilian casualties during the battles in Smallville and Metropolis will appreciate the newest clip from Arrow's February 26 return. In the clip, embedded below, Arrow is forced to choose between catching the bad guys and stopping a train and a bus that are about to collapse, because The Clock King has hacked the transit system in order to keep his opponents at bay.
