Now, he’s part of a cross country race to avenge the death of a friend.Based on Electronic Arts’ popular racing game series that debuted in 1994, Need for Speed is produced by John Gatins, Patrick O’Brien, Mark Sourian and Shane Back, directed by Scott Waugh, from a screenplay by George and John Gatins, and stars Aaron Paul, Dominic Cooper, Kid Cudi, Imogen Poots, Ramon Rodriguez, and Michael Keaton.Need for Speed is presented by DreamWorks Pictures. The executive producers are Stuart M. Besser, Frank Gibeau, Tim Moore, and Scott Waugh.Need for Speed is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on March 14, 2014.
