Director Zack Synder debuted the first footage from the much-anticipated Justice League at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, and it seemed to be received quite warmly by the fans.
The first look at Ezra Miller's Flash, Jason Momoa's Aquaman, and Ray Fisher's Cyborg actually occurred in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but in the newest footage, we are finally able to see these heroes all interact with each other for the first time, save for Henry Cavill's Superman.
A rule of thumb to live by is if you want to make something better, just make it 8-Bit. That's the motto of JoBlo Movie Trailers, who happen to be skilled in the art of remaking things in a considerably retro way, and they've taken on Synder's Justice League footage as their newest project.
It's weirdly nostalgic, even though it's based on something new, which is a credit to the 8-Bit stylings. The whole thing is fantastic really, but one of the highlights is the first encounter between The Flash (Miller) and Batman (Ben Affleck).
It was also one of the big moments of the original footage, and here it's recreated perfectly, complete with pixelated particle effects, graffiti, and the hanging Flash costume on the back wall. It makes one wish there was an actual game to go play, but alas, we'll just have to enjoy the trailer.

Justice League premieres in theaters on November 17th, 2017.
