Wonder Woman Nendoroid: Hero Edition Announced

Don't let the cuteness fool you. The Wonder Woman: Hero's Edition Nendoroid figure might be small and adorable but she's equipped to do serious battle.

Inspired by the hit Wonder Woman movie, Good Smile Company's newest figure replicates the hero's movie look with a specially designed sword and shield that can be attached to the figure's back as well as moved into action poses thanks to its fully articulated joints.

And it's not just the special sword and shield that make the figure special. The figure comes with special arm parts painted to glow that allow Wonder Woman to fully recreate the famous crossed arms pose from the film. The figure also includes two Lasso of Truth attachments, one that sits at her hip and can be removed and another allowing her to use it in weapon mode. Additionally, this Wonder Woman comes with both a standard and "combat" face plate allowing users to pose the might Amazon Princess both in the heat battle and in reflective victory.

The figure costs about $45-$49 and is available to pre-order in states from Entertainment Earth. You can also get it through Good Smile's online shop from now until September 21. The figure is expected to be released in February-March.
