Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Japanese TV Spots Tease Open Beta Characters

Two new TV Spots for Dissidia Final Fantasy NT have released digitally via Square Enix, showing off some of the playable characters for an upcoming Japan-only open beta, set to start later this week. The two TV spots will air in Japan beginning on January 6th. Check out the trailers below, then scroll on for more info on rounds three and four of Dissidia Final Fantasy NT's open beta.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is a fighting game with an underlying storyline that gives it some classic Final Fantasy RPG elements. The series brings together fan favorite characters from throughout the history of the franchise and pits them against each other in epic battles. Along with characters like Cloud and Sephiroth, popular summons, like Shiva, will also be available for players to use in the heat of battle.

The final weekend of the game's Japanese beta sees rounds three and four listed back to back, as the others were, with different classes of characters to choose from. Here's the full list of available heroes and villains:

For anyone feeling discouraged by the Japanese-only beta, fear not: an additional European and North American beta will open on January 12th, and run until the 21st.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is set for release on January 30th in North America, and will be a PlayStation 4 Exclusive.
