Project CARS 2 Demo Available Now for PS4, PC & Xbox One

Looking for something to do before the holiday weekend is up? The all-new demo for Project CARS 2 is available to play, and it's worth it if only for the chance to cruise on one of the gorgeous new courses and test drive three of the new cars available in the game. While the game is already out for PS4, PC and Xbox One, developer Slightly Mad Studios' recent press release promises "imminent" enhancements for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X players, so now might be the perfect time to check the demo out.

The demo offers players three cars to try out: the Formula Renault 3.5, the Ferrari 488 GT3, and the Lamborghini Huracán LP610-4. The studio said that the three available cars "offer both a glimpse at the diverse motorsport disciplines available in the full game, as well as the sublime physics and handling of the in-game vehicles." Players will get to try three scenarios on two track variations of the Red Bull Ring (located in Austria), facing "escalating challenges" with each new scenario.

New 4k enhancements are on the horizon for most major titles thanks to the introduction of the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, and the demo will give players a first look at these particular additions ahead of the promised future update. Players who fall for the game can look forward to a roster of over 180 different cars, and 140 tracks that have changing localized weather conditions and "live" with day and night transitions depending on the time of day in that area.
