The Sims 4 Cats And Dogs Launch Trailer Shows The Glory Of Customizing These Furry Friends

The Sims 4 is back in the fray with news of the console port and the furry companion expansion pack. Though the game has been out on PC since 2014, it's only recently coming to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles - November 17th, to be exact! But before our console brethren can partake, PC players will be able to cuddle the corgi of their dreams in the latest expansion: Cats & Dogs.

The latest expansion not only allows players to bond with their new pets, but they can customise them to their liking as well! According to the expansion's official description:

Create a variety of cats and dogs, add them to your Sims' homes to forever change their lives, and care for neighborhood pets as a veterinarian with The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs. The powerful new Create A Pet tool lets you personalize cats and dogs, each with their own unique appearances, distinct behaviors, and for the first time, expressive outfits! These wonderful, lifelong companions will change your Sims' lives in new and special ways. Treat animal ailments as a veterinarian and run your own clinic in a beautiful coastal world where there's so much for your Sims and their pets to discover.

The Sims 4 is a part of the Origin Access vault as well, for those that have a membership. The expansion does require the base game already purchased and will cost an additiona $39.99 to play with the new cute and cuddlies.

The interactive simulator is available now for PC with an Xbox One and PlayStation 4 release set for November 17th!
