On the first day of Toy Fair 2017, Hasbro revealed a new line of Marvel Legends 6-inch action figures based on characters appearing in Marvel Television series streaming on Netflix.
The four figures revealed were replicas of Daredevil (Charlie Cox), the Punisher (Jon Bernthal), and Elektra (Elodie Yung) from Marvel’s Daredevil Season 2, as well as Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) from Marvel’s Jessica Jones.
Hasbro’s Marvel Legends line has produced many figures based on characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the past, but this is the first time they’ve created figures based on the Netflix television corner of the MCU. With Marvel’s Iron Fist and Marvel’s Defenders both debuting in 2017 and Marvel’s The Punisher expected to arrive as well, there’s never been a better time to get on the bandwagon. It likely won’t be long before fans are demanding figures for the other two members of the Defenders, Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Iron Fist (Finn Jones).
