New 'Black Panther' International Trailer Released

Just a couple of months left until Marvel's Black Panther hits theaters, and fans in Japan have been given a new trailer for the upcoming blockbuster.

On Monday, Marvel released a new Japanese trailer for Black Panther which featured some new footage that hadn't yet been seen in any of the other trailers or teasers released to this point.

Perhaps the biggest addition to his new trailer was the new look it revealed of the Vibranium mines hidden beneath Wakanda. As Marvel fans know, Vibranium is the chief export of the great nation, making it the biggest source of the country's income. If you weren't aware, Vibranium is the metal that Captain America's shield is made out of.

This trailer also gave fans some new interaction with Erik Kilmonger, the main villain of the film played by Michael B. Jordan.

A couple of new shots show Kilmonger arguing with King T'Challa, and one even sees him call out the nation's leader. He makes it clear that he's coming for the throne.

Outside of those few quick shots, most of the footage came from the previously-released second trailer.

Black Panter, directed by Ryan Coogler and starring Chadwick Boseman, is set to hit theaters on February 16, 2018.
