Star Wars: The Force Awakens is being hailed almost universally as an exciting, outstanding return-to-form for the Star Wars film franchise.
A big part of any Star Wars movie's success is in the dialogue. Fans around the world consistently quote the original trilogy on a daily basis. Fans around the world also frequently ironically quote the prequel trilogy because sand is coarse and gets everywhere.
Here are five of the best, most meaningful lines (and some of the most quotable, too) in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Luke Skywalker Has Vanished
"Luke Skywalker has vanished."
It's the first thing we see on screen after the title, and the first line of the scroll that starts the entire adventure. It's one of those classic Star Wars lines that simultaneously tells an entire story, and makes you wonder about what, why, and how, deeply desiring more information. A perfect start.
Original Trilogy-related quote with a ton of weight runner up: Han: "I went back to the only thing I was good at." Leia: "So did I."

He's in horrible danger. He just watched a blaster bolt freeze in mid-air. The, presumably, most feared person in the galaxy is standing right in front of him...
and Poe Dameron makes a joke. It not only establishes the humorous tone for the whole film, but it makes Poe just so. damn. COOL.
Hilarious repetition runner up: "You got a boyfriend? You got a cute boyfriend?" or "Of Course. I'm with the Resistance. I am. With the Resistance. This is what a Resistance Fighter looks like." (and almost everything else he says) - Finn

"I know how to run without you holding my hand!" - Rey
Rey's independence is a simply beautiful thing. The way she consistently kicks butt and saves herself before anyone else can save her is fun and entertaining. The beauty continues when Finn tries to grab her hand to guide her away from danger. She's not having it, and it's hilarious.
Rey-related runner up: (whisper, at the end of the Force vision) "These are the first steps." - listen closely for this one next time you watch the movie. It's a great moment.

This is Han Solo in a nutshell. Why ask if something is going to work? He just does it, damn the consequences. Nearly every line Han Solo says in this movie is Han Solo in a nutshell, though.

It's really hard to choose Kylo Ren's best line, to be honest. The character has so many great one-liners that show his complexity. We went with this one because it speaks to the heart of his problems and why he goes to the dark side. It not only instantly connects him to Rey, it connects him to the audience.
Kylo Ren runner-up: "Thank You." Just so instantly, entirely, completely heart-breaking.
