Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes Trailer Premiering During The Walking Dead Finale

finales are becoming more and more like the Super Bowl. It's likely that The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale will set new records for a non-sports television broadcast. With so many viewers tuning it, AMC can command top dollar from advertisers.  Just like blockbuster movie advertisers are attracted to the Super Bowl, they are also attracted to The Walking Dead. 20th Century Fox has announced that they will be airing a sneak preview of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes during The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale. Of course, Planet of the Apes apocalyptic tale is probably a good fit for The Walking Dead's audience. In Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, a growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth's dominant species. Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is set to be released in movie theaters on July 11, 2014.
