Fantastic Four Reboot Movie

With Disney finally announcing that Star Wars Episode VII won't be released until December 18, 2015, it seems to have provided 20th Century Fox with the confidence to go with a summer release date for their big 2015 superhero team-up movie. Fox had initially announced a March 6, 2015 release date for Josh Trank's Fantastic Four reboot, likely to avoid a crowded summer which initially looked to include Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Batman Vs. Superman, Star Wars Episode VII, and Pirates of the Caribbean 5. But with both Star Wars Episode VII and Pirates of the Caribbean 5 being pushed back, the door was open for Fox to create an all superhero summer. Fox has just announced that Fantastic Four's release date has been changed to June 19, 2015, which means comic book fans can look forward to Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Batman Vs. Superman, Ant-Man, and now Fantastic Four all jam-packed into three summer months. Fantastic Four is being directed by Chronicle's Josh Trank with X-Men: First Class' Matthew Vaughn serving as a producer. There have been no official casting announcements in regards to the Fantastic Four, but there have been plenty of rumors. Some reports have indicated that Michael B. Jordan has signed on to play the Human Torch, and Miles Teller is reportedly in talks to play Mister Fantastic. Fox also moved their previously scheduled Assassins' Creed movie from the June 19, 2015 back to August 7, 2015 to help make way for Fantastic Four's summer release.
