Gal Gadot Wonder Woman

Mark Twight, the personal trainer whose job it was to get Man of Steel's Henry Cavill, Michael Shannon, and Antje Traue into superheroic shape, is in Israel, presumably working with Israeli actress Gal Gadot, who is set to play Wonder Woman in Batman vs. Superman, which begins filming next month. Twight tweeted a photo of a neighborhood in Israel, saying that it was where he would be staying for the time being. You can see the tweet embedded below.

Twight will have all eyes on him for a while; Ben Affleck has proven in the past that he can get into great shape for a role, but fans have been harshly critical of Gadot's slender frame since she was cast as the warrior-woman superheroine. The film is expected to begin shooting in February, so the fact that Wonder Woman was cast fairly late and is seemingly just starting her workouts with Twight probably suggests that Gadot's filming schedule will skew late, with most of her work coming as production is nearing the end of principal photography. Of course, that's all just educated guesswork. Rumors have been running wild regarding who else might appear in the movie ever since Wonder Woman was officially cast; Nightwing, The Flash, Cyborg, Lobo and Martian Manhunter are just some of the names, and some fans have even half-jokingly taken to saying that the film is no longer a Man of Steel sequel but a Justice League prequel. Batman vs. Superman is expected in theaters on July 17, 2015.
