In the ramp up to next week's season premiere of Arrow, the official twitter account of the show released a new Producer's preview video, featuring EP Wendy Mericle and a whole bunch of new footage.

The video shows the team of Black Canary, Speedy "I told you to call me Red Arrow", and Diggle in his "new identity" in action, and reveals which characters are behind Oliver's return to the hero business. It also shows Damien Dahrke, and his entrance into the political space of Star City shows just how bold the Season 4 big bad really is.
It's interesting for Mericle to use the actual phrase "Dig... has a new costume and a new identity," as there has been a lot of speculation about whether or not Diggle would take on a superhero name to go with this tricked-out STAR Labs helmet and gun. It sounds like he will, and now it's just a matter of which one.
