The producers of Cell, John Cusack's next Stephen King adaptation in which the iconic '80s actor stars alongside Samuel L. Jackson, have cast their fourth major role in the form of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For's Stacy Keach. Keach, best known for his role as TV's Mike Hammer, has more recently appeared in The Bourne LegacyNebraska and Planes. He joins Orphan's Isabelle Fuhrman, who was cast just last week. Fuhrman plays a teenage neighbor of Cusack's comic book artist Clay Riddell character who joins him and Jackson's Tom McCourt on their journey to safety after a mysterious pulse spreads like a virus through the human population. Keach will play the headmaster of a prep school where the survivors stop during their travels. Cell is reportedly now filming in Atlanta, with Paranormal Activity 2's Tod "Kip" Williams directing from a screenplay written by Stephen King and Adam Alleca.
