On Friday, Star Wars took over Hall H at 5:30 San Diego time for their panel, which we have a full recap of, but it the Star Wars noise wouldn't end there.
Panel moderator Chris Hardwick and Episode VII director, J.J. Abrams, had a bit of a scripted banter just before the panel concluded, resulting in a mass invitation to all of Hall H - almost 7,000 people - to a Star Wars concert.
The massive herd of fans was shepharded about half a mile away from Hall H in surprisingly ordered fashion to a park where a concert was held. The cast of The Force Awakens was once again introduced on stage and every single attendee was given a free light saber.
Just before the concert kicked off, Star Wars composer John Williams joined the crowd on the projectors, saying he wished he could be part of the big event but he was busy working! He concluded by earning a massive roar from the crowd, with a "May the force be with you."
The concert featured music from the Star Wars saga and montages to match as the San Diego Symphony Orchestra played the glorious tunes. The cast and crew of The Force Awakens looked on, amongst their secluded section of the crowd. The concert's grand finale was comparable to the Death Star's explosive fate as Disney lit up the sky with a fireworks show for the ages.
