The Walking Dead Is Getting A New Logo

With Issue #127 of The Walking Dead, Image Comics imprint Skybound has just announced that The Walking Dead comic book series will be getting a brand new logo. The new, more modern design is only the third logo change in the history of the comic book series. The Walking Dead had a fairly uniform style from its first issue through The Walking Dead #115, when a new logo was introduced at the beginning of the "All Out War" story arc. The third logo is quite a big departure from the two previous design. The previous big, bold design has been reduced in size, which puts more focus on Charlie Adlard & Dave Stewart's cover art. The arc title "A New Beginning" has also been added above the logo. The Walking Dead Issue #127 is scheduled to arrive in comic book stores on May 14, 2014.
