Vin Diesel may have wowed moviegoers with his last two crowd-pleasers—Guardians of the Galaxy and Furious 7—but now it looks like the actor is set to scare the pants off of them in The Last Witch Hunter.
Case in point: Today's new poster for Diesel's horror-infused sword and sorcery adventure. The one-sheet features (presumably) Diesel's hand, soaked in (presumably) some poor witch's blood, which drips onto a sword. What we don't have to presume, however, is that this film looks to be a frighteningly good time.
The Last Witch Hunter follows Diesel's character, Kaulder, as Earth's last remaining witch hunter in modern-day New York City. Directed by Breck Eisner, the film also stars Elijah Wood and Rose Leslie.
The Last Witch Hunter hits theaters on October 23.
