Working on a show like Game of Thrones, cast members learn how to keep secrets (or lie about them, in Kit Harrington’s case). However, the secrecy behing the HBO series is nothing compared to that of a Star Wars movie.

Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targeryan on Game of Thrones, is set to star in the upcoming Han Solo movie but can’t give any more details than that. According to the actress, it’s more secretive than the details she has from the world Westeros.
“I genuinely can’t tell you anything other than Alden [Ehrenreich] is magnificent, and it’s a delight to do something on that level with really cool actors and nice people,” Clarke told CinemaBlend. “But it’s even scarier talking about that than Game of Thrones.”
Ehrenreich steps in for the iconic role of Han Solo, becoming the only actor to play the part other than Harrison Ford, who recently reprised it for Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015. With Clarke and Ehrenrich in the Han Solo movie are Donald Glover who will play Lando Calrissian and Woody Harrelson who debuts in the Star Wars universe as a brand new character. The Han Solo film arrives on May 25, 2018, following the December 2017 release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
Clarke’s seventh season on Game of Thrones kicks off this summer. On HBO, her character is finally making the journey to Westeros in an effort to nab her rightful spot on the Iron Throne.
