Mercedes Mason Teases More Flashback Episodes Of Fear The Walking Dead

Sunday's Blood in the Streets episode of Fear the Walking Dead featured a rare format in the Walking Dead universe: an episode shrouded with flashbacks.

As Victor Strand's boat was taken over at sea, his pre-apocalypse identity was revealed. This format has been used only a handful of times on The Walking Dead but the east coast characters have not been as mysterious as Fear's Daniel and Strand have.

During the episode, Ophelia actress Mercedes Mason took to twitter to tease future flashback episodes as the series rolls on.

The flashbacks have begun. This ep we learn about Strand's character played beautifully by @colmandomingo and in future eps others @FearTWD

With Mason being the one to tease future LOST style episodes, one has to wonder if her character will be treated to some revelations. Her family is quite mysterious, especially her father, who learned his combat skills and ruthless somewhere.

Fear the Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9 PM ET on AMC.
