Several skins and champions in League of Legends are receiving changes soon that should make them a bit less annoying to play against.

Champions' voice overs are sometimes one of the best parts of the characters' designs – Tahm Kench, Aurelion Sol, and Jhin come to mind as champs with amazing dialogue – but some of them can get pretty talkative at times. Play as Xayah or Rakan, especially when they're together, and you'll get hit with tons of voice lines that seem like they'll go on and on until the next minion wave gets there. Playing against them and other champions and skins isn't much easier because you have to listen to tons of voice lines as well, but that's something that should change soon with more champions and skins being shushed.

The project of toning down voice overs has actually already been in the works with Pulsefire Caitlyn having some adjustments made to her voices, but Riot Meddler explained that more changes are on the way.

"We're currently looking at champs and skins that play their VO to everyone, with the aim of adjusting those that are too chatty, resulting in an annoying experience for others," Riot Meddler said. "We've already made some tweaks to Pulsefire Caitlyn, so if you've found the VO playing alongside or against that skin excessive in the past let us know if it's still a problem."

Following the changes that were made to Pulsefire Caitlyn, the next skin that's in line for the changes has already been decided on. These changes won't stop Super Galaxy Rumble from blowing flames into your face in lane, but it should make him a bit less frustrating to listen to while he sets you ablaze.

"Next up is Super Galaxy Rumble, who'll get toned down in an upcoming patch (maybe 7.23, not sure exactly yet)," Riot Meddler continued.

Beyond that champion's skin, they've made plans to look into other champs and cosmetics for more changes. They're hoping to take players' feedback into consideration when making the changes though, so if you've got a champ or skin that you find annoying to lane against, let them know through the League boards.
