Watch A Marriage Proposal On Kevin Smith's Comic Book Men

The guys at The Stash have seen a lot of things come into their store, but now they can add another first to the list.

On AMC's most recent episode of Comic Book Men, a customer and his girlfriend came in to look at a classic Spider-Man issue, titled The Wedding (Amazing Spider-Man Annual#21), in which Peter and Mary Jane officially get married. As the guys went into detail about all the hoopla around the issue when it released, the customer evidently wedding bells on his mind.

In a surprise move, the customer then said the issue was for her, and then knelt down on one knee and proposed.

"When you walked into my office, you blew me off my feet. After I found out that you had comic book tattoos, I did nothing but flood your office with comic books until you agreed to go out with me. Will you marry me? Will you be my MJ?"

Pretty sweet right? The answer was an emphatic yes, and the Stash even threw the book in for free as a wedding gift.
