Agents of SHIELD Co-Star Teases Ghost Rider's Comeback

Agents of SHIELD may be on its midseason hiatus, but there is still plenty to think about when it comes to the ABC series. The show went on hiatus earlier this month with an explosive winter finale. The episode shocked fans with a few plot twists regarding Ghost Rider and Marvel's Life Model Decoys. If you saw the episode, you know that the finale saw Ghost Rider disappear alongside his uncle while Melinda May was outed as a LMD. Now, one of the show's co-stars is now commenting on whether Ghost Rider will return to Agents of SHIELD.

Recently, Lorenzo Henri appeared at a Fan Fest and spoke to the organization about his stint on the show. The actor plays Robbie Reyes' little brother Gabe, and Henri teased fans that the vengeful spirit would make a comeback in the future.

"I know some things. They are on a winter break right now, but all I know is, I'm pretty sure it's not the end for Ghost Rider," he said. "I know they have some things up their sleeves. It's gonna be sick."

Of course, fans will be interested to see how Henri and his comment pans out. Agents of SHIELD will be moving into a new storyline when it returns next year. The drama will be focused on LMD drama now that Team Coulson has learned that AIDA hid Agent May away and replaced her with an identical LMD.

Should Ghost Rider return to Agents of SHIELD, the character would be welcomed back gladly. The hero's entrance was positively received by both fans and critics, and many hoped Ghost Rider would get his own television series once his stint ended. So far, there has been no official word on whether Robbie Reyes will get his own standalone series somewhere, but fans can still hope that possibility is on the table over at Marvel Studios.
