To the Batmobile, Grandpa!It looks like the original Batman, Adam West, has finally found a capable replacement for the role — and it might be the cutest darn Batman of all time.The pop culture icon took to Twitter to share an image of his three-year-old grandson wearing a Batman costume pointing off the distance, seemingly in pursuit of the next villain to thwart.

The Washington native got his start in acting in the mid-1950’s has he was cast as a sidekick in El Kini Popo Show, a children’s show.His big break came in 1966 as he was cast as Bruce Wayne/Batman in William Dozier’s Batman.
Batman ran for 120 episodes over the course of three seasons between 1966 and 1968.The series even spawned a feature-length film directed by Leslie H. Martinson in 1966.After Batman ended, West turned his talents to focus mainly on voice acting work, including being a part of the short-lived The New Adventure of Batman series.
