Blaster Master Zero Surpasses 100,000 Downloads, Now Offering Shovel Knight

The team at Inti Creates are celebrating a new feat for their Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS game Blaster Master Zero, and they're doing so in a way that fans of the game will truly…dig.

The company has announced that the game has reached over 100,000 downloads, an unprecedented feat for a digital download indie game released only for two platforms. As a result, the company has released a special wallpaper to celebrate the occasion, which you can use however you wish.

On top of that, alongside the likes of Shantae and other DLC characters, Inti Creates has added another familiar face to the playable roster – Yacht Club Games' own Shovel Knight! The character is available now free of charge, and will remain that way for the next two weeks. After that, you'll need to pay $1.99 for each version to use him in the game.

Blaster Master Zero is a whole lot of fun, so if you haven't checked it out yet, you won't find a better time!
