League of Legends’ Evelynn Now Has Updated Skin Splash Arts

Evelynn’s rework is coming soon to League of Legends, but the updated splash arts for each of her skins have already been revealed.

The shadowy assassin only has four skins to pick from at the moment, but each one of them come with some fantastic upgrades now that the champion has been redone in a big way. Splash arts for her Shadow, Masquerade, Tango, and Safecracker skins were all revealed through the Korean League site, the images pulled from there by Surrender@20.

Each one of the updates splash arts includes several changes that might not be as easily noticeable if you don’t play Eve much, but those who have stuck with the champ will pick up on them pretty quickly. Most notably, Evelynn’s bluish hue that changed the color of her skin is now gone with the new version of the champion, replaced with white skins framed by some pretty popping reds, blues, and black on each of the skin splash arts.

The dark tendrils that previously emanated from Evelynn’s back have also been changed quite a bit, their new versions seen in the splash arts as well. In her current state, she’ll have several dark appendages that look like shadowy extensions, but those have been replaced by two main tendrils with bladed tips. Those features were also showcased in the quick gameplay teaser for the new Evelynn and look to be a core part of her kit, even tied directly to what appeared to be her ultimate ability.

In addition to Evelynn receiving some new love with the updates splash arts, Twisted Fate was also able to get in on the rework experience by association with Evelynn. Her Tango skin was created alongside Tango Twisted Fate, and with both of them being shown in the same splash art, you can hardly update one of them without the other. Both of the champions also have some of them abilities featured in the Tango splash art now, Twisted Fate with a gold card and Evelynn using what appears to be her new charm ability.

The splash arts haven’t been officially featured outside of the Korean site, but once they receive their widespread reveal, they’ll likely come with Evelynn’s new abilities and details as well.
