Pokemon Go Fest has some special looking PokeStops during the event. Players are posting screenshots of the new PokeStops online, which are decorated with the event's official logo.

These PokeStops will give out special 2 KM eggs which will allegedly contain Pokemon species not usually found in that kind of eggs.

To prevent spoofers from taking advantage of these special stops, players will need to register at the event and scan a QR code to unlock the PokeStops within the game.

What's more, Pokemon Go even built some real life PokeStops to help players stay on track during the game. Pokemon Go Fest set up a walking path filled with these special PokeStops, complete with special markers (seen below) to help keep players on track.

Players who attend Pokemon Go Fest will also get a special in-game badge and will be the first players to encounter a Legendary Pokemon later today.

There will probably be lots of other surprises in store for Pokemon Go players today, so keep following WWG for comprehensive Pokemon GO Fest coverage.
