The Dancing Pikachu are back, but this time the stakes are for real. A new commercial promoting the recently released 'Burning Shadows' expansion for the Pokemon Trading Card game shows five Pikachu fighting Guzma, Plumeria, and a crew of Team Skull Grunts in a dance contest.

The commercial begins with Team Skull taking an early lead, as both Guzma and Plumeria show off some truly impressive breakdancing skills. But when a Team Skull Grunt stumbles while trying to do a handstand, the Pikachu's simple yet hypnotic coordinated moves put Team Grunt away once and for all. In the end, even Team Skull has to admit defeat as the applaud for the victor of the contest.

Both Pikachu and Team Skull are part of the new Burning Shadows expansion. 'Burning Shadows' features the first regular Pikachu released this year, as well as several trainer cards featuring various Team Skull members. Both Guzma and Plumeria also appear for the first time in 'Burning Shadows' as Trainer cards that let players mess with their opponent's plans.

Team Skull's featured Pokemon Salazzle and Golisopod also get GX cards for the first time in the new sets.

'Burning Shadows' came out in early August and adds over 140 new Pokemon cards to the 'Sun and Moon' series of cards. The new cards are super-popular right now, especially as a deck built around the Gardevoir-GX card from 'Burning Shadows' won the Pokemon World Championships earlier this month.

You can check out the full commercial above and then dance your way to your local game shop or retail store to buy some 'Burning Shadows' booster sets.
