Odin
Odin has been out of the spotlight for a while, but perhaps he's back as the new War Thor?
There are a few hints that this All-New Ultimate Thor could be Odin. The cover of The mighty Thor #20 shows a Thor with a burly white beard and one eye in shadow, with are both features of Odin's face.
Odin is also a Norse god of war, so perhaps that's where the title "War Thor" comes from. Perhaps Odin picks up the Ultimate Thor's hammer to put an end to the wars taking place through the Ten Realms that have pulled apart his family.
What makes less sense is why Odin would need a hammer for that. Typically, Odin is considered vastly more powerful than even his mighty son.

Tyr is another Asgardians who could make some sense as picking up the hammer to become the All-New Ultimate Thor.
Tyr is another Asgardian considered to be the Norse god of war. As such, it would make sese for him to feel the call to become Thor during a time of great war throughout the realms and to call himself the War Thor.
Tyr died and went sent to Hel. There he served as Hela's loyal right hand. With Hela also returning in the pages of The Unworthy Thor #5, perhaps Tyr also came back and saw this as a good time to take up a new calling.

Jason Aaron said that the All-New Ultimate Thor would be a very different kind of Thor. What could be more different in a Thor than actually being a Light Elf?
Sir Ivory Honeyshot is the light elf member of the League of Realms, a group of heroes put together first by the Odinson when he was Thor and then reassembled by Jane Foster as Thor in order to independently oppose Malekith's attempt to sow destruction through the realms.
Honeyshot has been constantly frustrated by the Congress of World's seemingly inability or unwillingness to help his people deal with the occupation of his realm by the Dark Elves. Perhaps he's decided to take matter, and Mjolnir, into his own hands.
