Four Doctor Strange TV Spots With New Footage Released

It won’t be long until fans meet that hero that Doctor Strange comes to be. Moviegoers will be introduced to Stephen Strange and his assortment of mystical, mind-bending tricks when his solo film debuts next month. So, to celebrate, Marvel Studios is bewitching fans with a slew of new TV spots for the film.

Four new commercials for the superhero flick have been unveiled: Become The Hero, Choice, World, and I’m Ready. Each clip features some seriously trippy visuals as Doctor Strange fights against space and time itself. The new footage also shows Karl Mordo and the Ancient One as they implore Doctor Strange to decide whether he’s ready to become the hero the world needs. “Are you ready to save the world,” the Ancient One asks.

Judging from the character’s weighty expression, it looks like he will be ready soon enough.

The cast features Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock, Star Into Darkness, The Imitation Game), Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave), Rachel McAdams (Sherlock Holmes), Michael Stuhlbarg (A Serious Man), Mads Mikkelsen (Casino Royale) and Tilda Swinton (The Grand Budapest Hotel).

The film is directed by Scott Derrickson (Sinister) and written by Derrickson, Jon Spaihts (Prometheus), and C. Robert Cargill (Sinister).
