Fans are about to have the opportunity to experience their favorite Marvel Studios movies on the big screen one more time.
Cinemark has announced that it will screen 11 Marvel Studios in XD auditoriums for one week only. Cinemark is offering ticket for $5 for the week of August 25-31.
The lineup of films includes:
- Iron Man
- Guardians of the Galaxy
- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
- Ant-Man
- Doctor Strange
- Thor
- Marvel's The Avengers
- Avengers: Age of Ultron
- Captain America: The First Avenger
- Captain America: The Winter Soldier
- Captain America: Civil War
The films will be grouped together thematically with a different group showing each day through the week. Marvel Week kicks off on August 25 with "Origins," showing Iron Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, Ant-Man, and Doctor Strange.
On August 26 Marvel goes "Cosmic" with Thor, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, The Avengers, and Doctor Strange.
On August 27 it's all about "Fan Favorites," with Iron Man, The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy and Captain America: Civil War.
On August 28 its "Cap's Best Of," with Captain America: The First Avengers, The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and Captain America: Civil War.
August 29 is "First Avengers," with Captain America: The First Avenger, Thor, The Avengers, and Iron Man.
August 30 is all about "Team-Ups" with Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America: Civil War, The Avengers, and Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Marvel Week wraps up on August 31 with showings of Guardians of the Galaxy and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
"Cinemark XD auditoriums offer our Guests huge screens, immersive surround sound and crisp, clear digital projection," said James Meredith, Cinemark's SVP of Marketing and Communications said in a statement. "I can think of no better way to enjoy Marvel's phenomenal films than by seeing them in XD, the absolute best movie-watching environment."
Cinemark is also offering discounted concession stand items for the event.
