Last week was quite a time to be a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Not only did we get to see the Guardians of the Galaxy in their second feature-length film, we got a teaser for Inhumans in addition to the first full trailers showcasing The Defenders.

The Defenders, which is slated to debut on Netflix this fall, sees the four characters we've seen with their own respective Netflix shows so far — Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist — team up to take on a threat bigger than they've ever seen before.

On their way to taking on that threat, actor Mike Colter says that comic book fans will find joy in one particular fight scene taken straight from the comics (via MCU Exchange).

"There's a couple of good fights in there. I think the one the people will really be pleased with is one that I have with certain people who I'm NOT gonna name," Colter told TV Guide. "But I think they'll be pleased with that one because of the comic book stuff."

Without Colter naming a certain character or cast member, it would be pretty difficult to pinpoint the exact fight sequence the Luke Cage actor could be referring to — even more so when you consider the amount of different characters involved in The Defenders.

In the trailer — although they weren't necessarily fights taken from the pages of Defenders lore — we saw a few epic snippets of fights, including Danny Rand (Finn Jones) channeling his chi into his fist and punching Luke in the face. And do you remember the hallway fights each of the MCU Netflix shows has had so far? Yeah, we get one of those in The Defenders as well — apparently as the good guys take on Elektra and henchmen working for Sigourney Weaver's character.

Marvel's The Defenders is the miniseries that will bring together all of Marvel's Netflix stars, including Iron Fist (Finn Jones) Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), and Luke Cage (Mike Colter), to protect New York City from its greatest threat yet.

Marvel's The Defenders is developed by Douglas Petrie and Marco Ramirez. The miniseries will also feature Sigourney Weaver as the villain, Alexandra , and several recurring guest stars from Marvel's Daredevil, Marvel's Jessica Jones, Marvel's Luke Cage, and Marvel's Iron Fist, including Eka Darville as Malcolm Ducasse, Simone Missick as Misty Knight, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, Scott Glenn as Stick, Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker, Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple, and Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing.

Marvel's The Defenders premieres on Netflix on Aug. 18, 2017.
