Marvel and Sony's rebooted version of Spider-Man/Peter Parker (played by Tom Holland) was introduced in Captain America: Civil War and portrayed as a teenager once again. This means in Spider-Man: Homecoming we'll get a healthy dose of the young superhero's high school life.
Since filming on Spider-Man: Homecoming (codename: "Summer of George!") is set to begin next month in Atlanta, Georgia, a casting notice has gone out for extras to play "High School Students."
According to Tammy Smith Casting, Spider-Man: Homecoming is seeking men and women from as young as 15 to as old as 25 (if you have a youthful look) to play "High School Students." They are open to "conservative" and "unique looks" and "especially need Asian and East Indian student types."
For those selected, filming will start June 20th and will conclude July 1st.
The cast features Tom Holland as Spider-Man/Peter Parker, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, and Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man. It also includes Zendaya, Laura Harrier and Tony Revolori.
Spider-Man: Homecoming, being directed by Jon Watts, will be released on July 7, 2017.0comments
