Ben Affleck Batman

As Ben Affleck does press interviews for Gone Girl, he's also facing questions for another project he's currently working on. The interest level in Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice is extremely high, and Affleck recognizes this fact.

When asked by The Boston Globe what he could say about Batman V. Superman, Affleck replied, "I can tell you that I'm very excited and it's very exciting. I can tell you that in my entire career, I haven't had so many people come up to me and say how much they're looking forward to the movie. Naturally, that's a lot of pressure, but I love the script, I love the director, I love the studio. I'm very much looking forward to it, but it's two years away so it probably doesn't bear talking about anymore."

So it probably doesn't bear talking about anymore? Of course, that's probably Affleck's polite way of telling the reporter to focus on his movie that's going to be released next week.

Gone Girl is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on October 3, 2014, while Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice is schedule to be released in movie theaters on March 25, 2016.
