Netflix Users Have Just One Week Left to Watch One of Marvel’s Most Underrated Movies

The Marvel library on Netflix continues to get smaller and smaller. The launch of Disney+ a few years ago really took a lot of wind out of Netflix’s comic book sales, though Sony’s Spider-Man fare has at least kept things steady. Most of the Spider-Man movies are currently absent from, and January will see Netflix lose an underrated fan-favorite from Marvel that was originally released before the start of the MCU.

Ang Lee’s 2003 foray into Marvel Comics, Hulk, remains one of the most divisive adaptations of those comic stories to ever hit theaters. Some believe the film actually dug into the comics in a way others haven’t, and its approach to the personal side of Bruce Banner stands out amongst other Hulk adaptations. Others never quite clicked with its vision (or its coloring), and feel like it has only gotten worse with time. Either way, the last thing anyone could ever call Hulk is boring, and it’s a shame that it’s about to get just a little harder to watch it.

Hulk is one of the many movies leaving Netflix’s streaming lineup at the end of the year. It is technically exiting Netflix on January 1st, which means that December 31st is the final day you’ll be able to watch it on the service.

With Hulk leaving (alongside Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance), only a couple of Marvel movies will remain on Netflix heading into 2026. The two Amazing Spider-Man movies are still on the service, along with Kraven the Hunter and Venom: The Last Dance.

What’s Leaving Netflix?
