Tonight's episode of Arrow set the stage for DC's Legends of Tomorrow, sending both Ray Palmer and Sara Lance on a trajectory which will ultimately collide with The Flash and company in Central City.
...so it's probably surprising that there weren't that many Easter eggs. Some of them, though, were definitely worth a mention.

SWORD OF THE ATOM
That looks like a piece of white dwarf star on the belt of the A.T.O.M. suit when Ray is doing the miniaturization test -- and then his eventual storyline bears more than a passing resemblance to the classic story Sword of the Atom.
Yeah, he doesn't get lost on an odyssey of being miniaturized in the rainforest. But being miniaturized against his will and separated from his powers until he can finally reach friends and figure out a way to restore himself -- that was a big part of the tale.
Routh has repeatedly said that he'd like to see Sword of the Atom be a story they explore with Ray, but acknowledges that aliens, space ship sets and the like are a hard sell. This might be the way of telling it in the Arrowverse.
KORD INDUSTRIES
Kord Industries shows up in Arrow quite a bit, but this is the biggest and most obvious.
Lots of logos, lots of name-drops.
Even though they've said he won't be coming to Arrow, it's hard to imagine we might not see Ted Kord at some point. Even if there's a Booster Gold movie coming with Blue Beetle, word is that could feature Jaime Reyes instead of Ted anyway.
...A guy can hope, right?
SPARTAN
The codename Diggle is briefly given so that Felicity can talk to him while Curtis is listening is "Spartan," which is an interesting choice.
In WildC.A.T.S., there's a character named Spartan. He has very little in common with Diggle...but it's hard to imagine that would be the code name of choice if it wasn't important.
Spartan is actually an alien that does his best to pass for human.
TAIANA
Taiana, a character introduced in Green Arrow: Year One, was a fairly minor player, but she was pretty similar there. She worked under China White in the drug trade on the island.
This isn't the first time we've seen the character, obviously...just the first since we've known what the name was.
IRON DEFICIENCY
It's hard not to notice that when Ray resizes, he's told his only medical question comes from an "iron deficiency."
The A.T.O.M. suit was often criticized by fans as making him too similar to Iron Man.
SPECTRE
Well-timed joke, Ray!
If you've got a badguy group with an ominous acronym, the gold standard is probably SPECTRE, the group run by Ernst Stavro Bloefeld in the James Bond franchise.
It's also handy that Ray makes this joke about H.I.V.E. just days after SPECTRE hit theaters last week.
