Catwoman Gets a New Foe: Dr. Phosphorous Reimagined

Earlier today, DC Entertainment officially unveiled a new look for longtime bat-villain Dr. Phosphorous, revealing that he'll be joining the world of the New 52 and that he'll apparently be a villain for Catwoman, at least at first. Here's the teaser from DC Comics Editor-in-Chief Bob Harras:
