Murfreesboro Anime & Comic Kon: My Little Pony, Walking Dead, & More

The second annual Murfreesboro Anime and Comic Kon (MACK II) will be held in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on January 19 & 20. MACK II will feature numerous guests from the world of comic books and pop culture, as well as anime, comic, and toy dealers. Lee Tockar, who is the voice of Snips on the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic animated television series, will be one of the main guests. Tockar has also done voice work on various other comic book animated series such as Iron Man: Armored Adventures, Krypto the Superdog, X-Men Evolution, and more. In addition, Andy Price, who is the artist on the My Little Pony comic series from IDW, will also be appearing. Besides My Little Pony, numerous other comic book creators will be appearing, including Batman artist Jonathan Glapion. On the media side, several of the zombies from AMC's The Walking Dead will be appearing, including the zombie who ate Dale and the zombie who ate Lori Grimes. Events at MACK II will include costume contests, question and answer panels with some of the guests, and a zombie art school. The Murfreesboro Anime and Comic Kon takes place at the Clarion Hotel in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on Saturday, January 19 from 10 AM to 6 PM and on Sunday, January 20 from 11 AM to 4 PM.
