Michael B. Jordan

Ever since rumors surfaced that Michael B. Jordan was in the running to play Johnny Storm in Josh Trank's Fantastic Four reboot, he has been a popular subject of conversation on Comicbook.com.  Michael B. Jordan also played Steve Montgomery in Josh Trank's found-footage superhero movie Chronicle. Lately, Michael B. Jordan has been winning rave reviews for his starring role in Fruitvale Station, so it should come as no surprise that he is a very in-demand young star in Hollywood. According to Deadline, MGM is in talks with Michael B. Jordan to have him play the grandson of Apollo Creed in a Rocky spinoff called Creed. Creed will be co-written and directed by Ryan Coogler. Aaron Covington is Coogler's co-writer. The film is a continuation of the Rocky saga, which will make it the seventh film in the Rocky series. Sylvester Stallone is set to reprise his role as Rocky Balboa, retired fighter-turned-trainer.
