Anime fans, you're time has come! For years, audiences have wanted to see a collaboration between American and Japanese creators when it came to comics. Their wish was granted last year when Stan Lee announced he was working with Studio DEEN on a brand-new anime, The Reflection. After nearly a year of waiting, fans are now being gifted with the first PV - or promotional video - for the anticipated series.

And, yes, it will make you feel a lot of feels.

The short clip starts off with a shot of an obscured superhero flying through the sky. The armor-clad character is reminiscent of Iron Man, but its bulkier aesthetic does make the figure unique. Fans are treated to some gorgeous animation of the hero flying around before he reaches what appears to be Los Angeles. Since the clip was debuted at Stan Lee's Comic Con in L.A. this past weekend, it makes sense that the hero would arrive there to celebrate the occasion.

Unsurprisingly, fans went wild over the teaser clip. Pow! Entertainment and Studio DEEN also revealed some juicy details about the long-awaited anime.

Hiroshi Nagahama (Mushi-Shi) will direct the 30-minute series for Studio DEEN. While Lee is credit for creating the story, Pow! Entertainment and Studio DEEN are in charge of its project planning. Nagahama has been working with Lee to flesh out the story and also created the character designs for The Reflection. Yoshihiko Umakoshi will adapt those designs for animation.

Surprisingly, Trevor Horn will be producing music for the series. The British producer will be working with the ever-popular idol group 9nine to polish the series' title song.

The Reflection is slated to premiere next year, and it will be simulcasted around the world. Originally, the series was scheduled to premiere in Japan first on broadcast television, but streaming efforts likely persuaded Pow! Entertainment and Studio DEEN to reconsider the exclusive decision.

Last year, Studio DEEN teased fans about the new anime with a narrative trailer which Lee voiced. The company even provided fans with a short synopsis of the series.

"After THE REFLECTION, some of the people in all parts of the world are discovered with super powers. Some become heroes, and others villains. How did the Reflection happen? What was the cause of it? With many unsolved mysteries, the world is lead into turmoil."

This isn't the first time Lee has worked together with foreign companies to produce original content. The icon has worked with BONES before to create an anime called Heroman. He also co-created a manga named Ultimo with Hiroyuki Takei.
