The Walking Dead Leaks: Kirkman Responds

When Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman appeared on the Closing Bell on CNBC, Maria Bartiromo said that online leaks had indicated that two characters were going to die on The Walking Dead. Bartiromo pressed Kirkman on if The Governor would be one of the characters to die. Robert Kirkman said, "I'm supposed to just tell you. You know, it doesn't look good for The Governor, I'll say that much. This entire season has been about letting the zombie threat take a bit of a back seat. We've been doing that for three season, now it's time to show how dangerous human beings are in this world, and that's something The Governors been doing in spades. That's been the main conflict of this season, and it's all been coming to this giant battle that we're going to be seeing in these upcoming episodes." Kirkman added, "I would expect some pretty explosive things, and there are going to be a few character deaths, although I'm not going to say exactly who."
