This is Why Pixar Makes You Cry

The latest video from the folks at Above Average provides us with a behind-the-scenes look Pixar's SadLab, a laboratory with that serves one purpose: discovering new ways to make audiences bawl.

Pixar has a knack for pulling on our heartstrings. Almost every film they've produced has a moment in it that has us weeping like a newborn. For me, I turn to mush when Andy give his toys away in Toy Story 3 and during the ten-minute opening montage in Up showing Carl and Ellie's relationship from beginning to end. Now I can blame Pixar's SadLab for making me go through so many tissues.
