Well, it's finally here. As much as we don't want to face the cold, hard truths of reality, Rick and Morty's long-awaited third season will be over after tonight's episode.

And though many fans might watch the series via different means, Adult Swim is making it easy on everyone tonight so that we can all view it together. Just log on to AdultSwim.com to view the livestream, even if you aren't subscribed through a cable provider.

The finale of Rick and Morty Season Three will begin airing live at 11:30 pm ET on both Adult Swim and AdultSwim.com, wrapping up the journey that began on April 1 earlier this year.

The latest season was originally scheduled to run for 14 episodes, but co-creator Dan Harmon recently revealed to EW they were only able to produce 10 and decided to end on a high note.

"I'm still learning how to do the show efficiently while catering to the perfectionist in all of us," said Harmon. "I would like to think I've learned enough from my mistakes in season 3 that we could definitely do 14 now, but then I have to say, 'Yeah but you're the guy who says we can do 14 who turned out to be wrong so we're not listening to you now.'"

Harmon intimated that tonight's finale, which will feature guest actor Keith David, was originally meant to take place mid-season but then he and the writers decided to spruce it up to make it worthy for the season's end.

David returns for his third episode on the series, reprising his role as the President of the United States. But instead of aiding Rick and Morty in their attempts to save the world, the two will be at odds.

"I don't want to poison the well but the finale is a great episode that we finale-ified when we realized we weren't going to be able to make 14," Harmon said. "It's Rick in a conflict with the president of the United States. Keith David returns to reprise his role. And that's the main story of that episode, Rick vs. the United States."

David also voiced a character in the episode "Total Rickall" called Reverse Giraff, who had a long body and a short neck.

So get ready for tonight's episode, because it might be the last one for a while. But at lease we have three seasons of this show, despite how long it may seem. At least it was less time between seasons two and three of Twin Peaks.
